The Founders
Our two founders, Jordan Mummert and Al Serino, started OTS with a mission in mind. A mission to make the world of depositions significantly more streamlined and modernized. Just a few years into changing the industry it is clear that there instinct that this service was needed is very right.
Mummert started working as a Legal Videographer in 2004 and thus has over 15 years experience in the Industry. He trained with NCRA Leadership, and became a Witness Protection Consultant and a Jury Consultant. Disturbed by the inefficiencies he identified as he was working in the Industry, as well as noticing that the antiquated storage methods creating high risk of quality degradation or even loss, Mummert pioneered the development of a workflow to allow for real-time compression and digitization of Deposition Video and Audio, as well as building electronic FTP onsite video delivery methods.
Serino is a Certified Legal Video Specialist from the NCRA. Mummert is an active member of NCRA, TEXDRA, and CALDRA.
Since started OTS Mummert and Serino have expanded nationally, with Videographers in most states, delivered excellent quality on thousands of high profile cases and trained over 100 videographers on their specific methodology which guarantees results and quality.
